How many times have you gone to a medical office for your scheduled appointment only to sit and wait, and wait, and wait?! We understand that your time is important and valuable to you. That is why we only see scheduled patients. We do NOT accept walk-in clients.
Cancellation of an Appointment
In order to be respectful of the time and needs of other clients, please be courteous and call Pristine Laser Center if you are unable to attend your appointment. Your appointment time can then be given to another client. If it is necessary for you to cancel your appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance (1 business day). Appointment times are in high demand, therefore it will give someone else a chance to be seen.
Monday Appointments: You have until Friday (before your appointment) 12pm to cancel your appointment. Saturday Appointments: You have until Thursday (before your appointment) 12pm to cancel your appointment.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
To cancel your appointment, please call us at 407-494-0404. If you do not reach anyone, please leave a detailed message including your name, your scheduled appointment time, and a phone number to call you back.
Late Cancellations (cancelling less than 24 hours before your appointment) will be considered as a No-Show.
No Show Policy
A No Show is a client that misses an appointment and does not call to cancel in a proper manner. A No Show client causes inconvenience to the staff and other clients who could have been given that appointment slot.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or cancel late, there will be a $50 late fee charge assessed.
